With the title "Después que bailamos", the song is a tribute to "Bailando", which reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot list

Cuban musicians Descemer Bueno and the duo Gente De Zona (Randy Malcom and Alexander Delgado) premiered the single "Después que bailamos", the second part of the successful "Bailando", recorded in 2013 and released in 2014 alongside Enrique Iglesias.

The song has been available since this past weekend on all digital platforms along with a visualizer shared by Descemer Bueno on his YouTube channel.

When sharing it, Descemer explained that it is a tribute to "Bailando", which transcended borders after being reproduced in three different versions, in addition to its original Spanish version.

"Después que bailamos", performed by Gente De Zona and Descemer Bueno, hopes to become the new anthem for their fans with its fusion of reggaeton and Latin pop. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do", said the also-composer.

Likewise, on his Instagram account he announced that the official video for this song will be released on July 14th and predicted that the audience "will love it very much".

Following its release, "Bailando" was at number 1 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs list for 41 weeks. Furthermore, it won in the categories Song of the Year, Best Urban Performance, and Best Urban Song at the Grammy Awards.

Last February Descemer Bueno and Randy Malcom premiered the song "Chocolate con fresa", on the occasion of Valentine's Day.

Descemer and Gente De Zona were also together on the song Patria y Vida, premiered in 2021.

Last October the Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame presented the Medal of Freedom, an award created by the entity based in Miami Beach, to Descemer Bueno, Randy Malcom and the rest of the performers of "Patria y Vida".
