Jonathan Pellegrín Fonseca is a young Cuban musician from the La Perla neighborhood of Santiago de Cuba and a music teacher at the Marina Muñoz Romero elementary school. Visually impaired since birth and missing his left hand since age 11, when he lost it in an accidental TNT explosion, he went viral on social media in August 2026 for playing guitar, percussion and singing simultaneously on instruments he adapts himself from available materials.
