Iván Felipe Silva Morales is a Cuban judoka born on February 8, 1996, in the province of Matanzas. Competing in the 100-kilogram category, he has established himself as one of the top representatives of Cuban judo on the continental and international stage over more than a decade of elite competition.

His record includes five Pan American Judo Championship titles between 2014 and 2024, a silver medal at the 2018 World Judo Championships in Baku, and four medals at the Pan American Games in Toronto 2015, Lima 2019, and Santiago 2023. At the Central American and Caribbean Games, he has also claimed gold in his weight class, cementing his dominance in the region.

In April 2026, Silva earned a silver medal at the Pan American Senior Judo Championship held in Panama City, defeating high-level opponents before falling to Brazil's Leonardo Goncalves in the gold-medal bout. The result earned him 560 ranking points toward the 2027 Pan American Games in Lima.
