Davisleydi Velazco is a Cuban athlete specializing in the triple jump, born on September 4, 1999. Regarded as one of the best triple jumpers in the world, she represented Cuba at the Olympic Games and World Athletics Championships.

In 2018, she won bronze at the IAAF World U20 Championships. She competed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon. She currently resides in Puerto Rico and competes independently, without representing any national federation.

In the 2026 season, Velazco emerged as one of the most dominant figures in world athletics, winning the Oslo Diamond League on June 11 (14.85m) and breaking the 15-metre barrier for the first time in her career on June 19 in Doha, Qatar, with a jump of 15.13 metres — a new personal best and the world's best performance of the year. That mark placed her third all-time among Cuban-born triple jumpers, behind Yamilé Aldama (15.29m) and Yargelis Savigne (15.28m).
