Arlettys de la Caridad Acosta is a Cuban taekwondo athlete from Sagua la Grande, Villa Clara. She competes in the under-73-kilogram division and is part of Cuba’s national team aiming for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

In 2026 she won gold at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Santo Domingo and, in late September, took the Brazil Open Taekwondo title (G2) in Londrina, Paraná, beating Brazil’s Maria Eduarda Souza 2-0.
